A high-tech scientist Eon Leonard White develops a sophisticated communication satellite for the purpose of making contact with extraterrestrial life. Contact was made. Later his project was shut down by the military for reasons of National Security. His satellite used a communication laser that was strong enough to draw their attention to earth. He was abducted by them and was returned unharmed. His female associate (Kim Morrison) a popular news reporter, hires a detective to find him. Based on the study of human behavior, the aliens proceed to abduct the homeless people from earth engaging into creation of hybrids to colonize a New Earth like planet light years away. The aliens returned scientist Eon L. White who's now a hybrid on the same mission to abduct homeless people from earth. The news media is saturated with alien abduction reports as if it were a tragic accident involving thousands of people. The media puts pressure on the world leaders to go live with full disclosure on the ET reality. The media is directed to a private location for a major UFO landing.
